Welcome to your 1:1 intensive! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confidentiality
• You must not share any exclusive content, resources, or information provided within the intensive. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, content, articles, downloads, and other proprietary materials.
2. Refund Policy
• If the coaching term has been fulfilled then refunds are not applicable
• If intensive coaching has not started, please send all refund requests to hello@thesocial-connection.com with 14 days notice prior to the agreed start date.
3. Coaching terms
• Coaching to be completed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
• One day is from 9:30am to 5:30pm
• One week is 5 days between Monday to Friday
• Fair usage applies, at the discretion of the Coach.
4. Payment and Billing
• By signing up, you authorise us to charge your provided payment method for the selected fee.
• It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their payment information is current and up-to-date.
5. Content Usage
• All content provided in the intensive is for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
• Clients must respect copyright and intellectual property laws related to all provided materials.
6. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.
• Continued use of the intensive after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. You accept that any reviews or kind words you share can be used for marketing purposes, and your name or first initial may be used. If you do not wish for your name to be used, then please email hello@thesocial-connection.com to request non-disclosure of your name.
8. Termination of Intensive
• We reserve the right to terminate an intensive client without refund if a member violates these terms and conditions or engages in behaviour that is harmful to the owner & brand.
9. WhatsApp/Telegram access
It is your responsibility to check your welcome email & make contact with the coach to secure your start date.
